  • Pines of Sarasota is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which oversees management and has ultimate fiduciary responsibility.

  • Pines of Sarasota Foundation's Board of Trustees makes policy, approves grant requests, approves an annual budget, and employs a president, who is the staff executive officer.

  • Pines Thrift Shop is managed by a  volunteer board, which oversees all shop activities and employs a full-time manager.
