Pines Foundation

Pines of Sarasota Foundation was formed in 1990 for the sole purpose of raising money to support Pines of Sarasota Nursing/Care Center.

Twice a year, January and August, Pines Foundation awards grants to Pines for nursing care needs, special equipment, and programs to enhance residents' lives. To date over 2 million dollars has been given to Pines.
 

Without the support of community residents and organizations who donate in numerous ways, including through the Heritage Society and the Pinnacle Club, these funds would not be available. Pines of Sarasota Foundation gratefully acknowledges all who have helped Pines become what it is today.


We are currently in the middle of a major fund-raising campaign in order to raise twenty million dollars to renovate Pines.  This renovation is necessary for a number of reasons.  Please read the following to gain a better understanding of why this effort is so vital...

Pines of Sarasota Foundation is a charitable 501 ( c) 3 corporation generating funds for Pines of Sarasota, a long term care community founded in 1948.

You may designate a tax deductible, charitable gift for resident care, capital equipment, or endowment for future resident needs.

Pinnacle Club

  • The mission of the Pinnacle Club of Pines Foundation is to help ensure that the tradition of superior care continues far into the future.

  • Pinnacle Club annual donations are used entirely to support Pines of Sarasota in any way necessary to maintain the quality of life Pines has always provided to its residents.

The Pinnacle Club was organized in May 1991 as an annual support group of Pines of Sarasota. Over 350 caring individuals and organizations became charter members. The Pinnacle Club has made significant contributions to Pines to improve the lifestyle of its residents. Click here for more information.
