CEO Letter

Dear Friend,

More than 71 years ago, the founders of Pines of Sarasota had a vision for a community of caregivers with a mission to care for seniors who could no longer care for themselves. Since that time, we have steadily continued to lead the way in senior care, and now, as the region’s premier not-for-profit provider of short-term and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, falls prevention programs, child care and intergenerational activities, and education for patients and caregivers, we continue to look to our community for ways in which we can serve.

Our leadership has earned us the community’s support, respect and trust. We work conscientiously to maintain our standards of care, and that is where Pines of Sarasota will continue to flourish now and into the future.

In 2018, we began a transformation of our campus with the complete renovation of our assisted living community, and were so very excited to break ground in January 2020 on a brand-new addition to our Pavilion skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This transformation is due to support by our faithful and generous donors, for whom we are so very grateful.

The need for quality healthcare for our senior population has never been greater. At Pines of Sarasota, we work to create solutions through state-of-the-art rehabilitation and senior care programs, led by compassionate and highly-skilled health care professionals. And we are devoted to continuing our progressive leadership role to advance the standard of care for seniors.

Choose Pines of Sarasota for the kindest and most advanced care available for you or your loved one. We look forward to continuing to meet the ever-growing rehabilitation and senior care needs of our community well into the future.

Sincerely yours,
Mike Ward
